Oshana Region has taken the lead and has implemented Jolly Phonics in all of its schools. In 2021, Jolly Grammar 1 and 2 was implemented in junior primary.

Jolly Futures has achieved vast improvements in learners' reading and writing abilities in the Oshana Region, including in home languages.

Oshana Region has rolled out Jolly Phonics to all schools in 2018, and pilots have been conducted in 10 further regions. In 2022 Jolly Phonics was rolled out to all 14 regions of Namibia. It is now being used in every public school Grade 1 class in the country!
